Who we are.
Fig Tree HR was founded in 2022 to make brilliant HR accessible to fast growth businesses. We’re passionate about the tech startup ecosystem & overall entrepreneurial journey and know the difference that great HR has for entrepreneurs taking the leap into leadership, growth & scaling.
Our services cover the entire HR lifecycle & the support might be answering absence queries, writing contracts of employment, acting as Investigating Officer or creating People roadmaps. Plus a whole heap more value-adding HR support.
Our support usually falls within the following three areas:
Being the outsourced day-to-day HR support for small businesses.
Being the fractional CPO for scaling fast growth businesses.
Being the Investigating Officer or Project Support Lead for corporates.

We take a coaching approach by talking clients through situations so that they understand risks & options in a helpful, simple & jargon-free way.
