• Hello! I’m Sarah, the MD and HR Consultant at Fig Tree HR.

    I’m passionate about delivering a contemporary, people-centred, and strategic approach to HR and I love working with business owners and founders to find the right HR intervention to get them where they want to be.

    I have a 2:1 Law LLB degree, an MSc in Human Resource Management (CIPD L7), and a 95.1% grade on the MBA Essentials course at the London School of Economics & Political Science.

    I’m a tech co-founder and a start-up enthusiast and believe fully in the value and strategic impact that HR can make to good business.

  • Hi! I'm Rhodri, Director and Business Development Manager at Fig Tree HR.

    My background is as a researcher in the economic impact of tech exploitation in small to medium sized businesses and I'm also an experienced business development manager at a tech start-up, as well as a tech start-up co-founder.

    Whilst my primary role at Fig Tree HR is as Business Development Manager, my experience in business and economics, and co-founding a start-up allow me to bring a different viewpoint to our strategic HR planning which enables Fig Tree HR to provide alternative solutions.
